Good Aspects and Some Drawbacks

The location was certainly convenient. It was really close to the station. The onsen was a great bonus. I was very happy to use it.
The pillows was to firm. It hurt my neck all night. The room had blinds. It did not block out light. It was to bright very early.

My room was quite small. I think I expected more space. There were no windows in the room, I never knew what time of day it was. the air conditioning unit was a little noisy at night, it made it hard to sleep well.

Wonderful Stay Near the Station

The room was super clean. It included all the amenities that I needed. The location offered easy access to the station. Staff was patient with our group of travelers. I liked how helpful the staff were with our luggage shipment.
The pillows were too hard. They really hurt my neck. Maybe they could consider having softer pillows in the rooms.

Location was great. The hotel is very accessible from the main station. There are many restaurants and shops close by. The street also featured many local restaurants for visitors to try.

Staff was very helpful. They arranged to forward our luggage to our next lodging. Ordering us taxis went smoothly. Everyone was super friendly and responded to all our needs and questions with care.

this accommodation provided excellent access to various locations as it was close to the station. the public bath was divine! complimentary ice blocks were available after bathing, a sweet touch. the location's convenience certainly elevated my experience .
